Trump Signs U.S., Mexico, Canada Trade Deal
Leaders of the three countries signed a new deal, known as the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA), resolving a long-standing dispute between member countries of one of the world's largest free trade zones. Tariffs imposed by Trump earlier this year remain in place, however, leaving some lingering tension among the nations. The deal requires ratification by the legislatures in all three countries before it goes into effect.
